11. Zur Ausstellung von Ursprungszeugnissen ermächtigte Stellen 11.1. Allgemeine Vorschriften Wenn der Ursprung von Waren bei der Einfuhr durch Vorlage eines Ursprungszeugnisses nachzuweisen ist oder nachgewiesen wird, so muss dieses Zeugnis von einer Behörde oder einer anderen vom Ausstellungsland dazu ermächtigten und zuverlässigen Stelle ausgestellt sein.
