Pfändungsregister und Pfändungsprotokoll
. (1) Das Vollstreckungsorgan hat jede vorgenommene Pfändung im Pfändungsregister ersichtlich zu machen.
(2) Das Vollstreckungsorgan hat dem Exekutionsgericht das Pfändungsprotokoll vorzulegen.
