Appeal brought against the judgment of the Court of First Instance (Second Chamber) of 20 June 2006 in Case T-251/04 Greece v Commission by which the Court dismissed an action seeking annulment of Commission Decision 2004/457/EC of 29 April 2004 excluding from Community financing certain expenditure incurred by the Member States under the Guarantee Section of the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF) (notified under document number C(2004) 1706) (OJ 2004 L 156, p. 48).
