2. Orders the Commission to pay its own costs and one fifth of those incurred by Evropaïki Dynamiki – Proigmena Sistimata Tilepikinonion Pliroforikis kai Tilematikis AE;

3. Orders Evropaïki Dynamiki to bear four fifths of its costs.
