Parties Grounds Operative part Parties In Case C-339/05, REFERENCE for a preliminary ruling under Article 234 EC from the Landesgericht Innsbruck (Austria), made by decision of 22 June 2005 received at the Court on 19 September 2005, in the proceedings between Zentralbetriebsrat der Landeskrankenhäuser Tirols v Land Tirol, THE PRESIDENT OF THE SECOND CHAMBER OF THE COURT, after hearing Advocate General Ruiz-Jarabo Colomer, makes the following Order Grounds 1. By letter of 27 June 2006, received at the Court Registry on 5 July 2006, the Landesgericht Innsbruck informed the Court that the parties had agreed a permanent suspension (‘ewiges Ruhen’) of the proceedings. 2. In those circumstances, the present case must be removed from the register. 3. Since these proceedings are, for the parties to the main proceedings, a step in the proceedings pending before the national court, the decision on costs is a matter for that court. Operative part On those grounds, the President of the Second Chamber of the Court hereby orders: Case C-339/05 is removed from the register. Luxembourg, 4 August 2006.
